There are many types of sleeping disorder like,

(6) Narcolepsy

(7) Parasomnias

Insomnia :-

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person experiences poor sleep or has trouble sleeping.

There are three types of insomnia.

(1) Transient, or mild,insomnia

(2) Short-term, or moderate,insomnia

(3) Chronic, or severe,insomnia

Natural Cures for Insomnia :-

(1) Herbal Tea :-

A simple herbal tea, picked up from any health/grocery store, can help you relax when trying to sleep. Certain teas have PROVEN sleeping inducing effects and can guarantee a more peaceful sleep. Insomnia teas: Chamomile, Passionflower, Valerian, Lavender, Etc.

(2) Herbal Bath :-

A warm bath with a few added drops of herbal oil can ease you into a state of relaxation and immense comfort. The bath itself will help relieve stress, while the insomnia herbs will sooth you and make you increasingly more tired. Insomnia oils: same as above.

(3) Herbal Pillow :-

Rather than buying an actual insomnia pillow filled with herbs, all you need to do is get a handkerchief and dab a few drops of your favorite insomnia herbal oil onto it. Once done, slide the handkerchief into or under your pillow and you should be effected by the aroma almost immediately. Insomnia oils: same as above.

(4) Deep Massage :-

A deep massage can heighten your relaxation to incredible levels, allowing you not only to sleep more soundly at night but to actually get to sleep much more quickly. A full body massage is best, but even a brief shoulder rub is better than nothing.

(5) Sleep Tracks(Sound Therapy) :-

When it comes to the natural cures for insomnia, nothing beats sleeptracks; also known as sound therapy.
